Ø Delta Capital Ltd is a privately-owned company that operates under the brand name ‘’Delta Capital’’. It is registered in England & Wales with the company number 11795766.
Ø Delta Capital Ltd operates in compliance with FCA Guidelines and its regulations.
Ø Mission Statement: to deliver the finest financial trading education to all socioeconomic groups, races, and genders.

II. Delta Capital and its clients trades ONLY funds under the brand name ‘Delta Capital’.
GDPR: Compliance Statement:
I. “Delta Capital Ltd” agrees not to share any information given to us by clients to any third party as per our non-disclosure agreement.
II. “The Trader” gives us content to store their information on our system for company use only, namely:

Mobile Telephone Numbers

Email Address

Skype Name
-
Bank Size
-
Trading track records
-
Company relationship: Trader/Mentee/ Staff.
III. “Delta Capital Ltd” agrees only to use this information for contacting and internally assessing the person it relates to.
IV. “The Client” gives consent to Delta Capital Ltd to receive marketing information, updates, trading plan, charts, trading track records or updates when required, by ticking this box.
V. Delta Capital is authorised to store this information by the client ticking or not ticking the consent box.
VI. ‘‘The client’’ has the right under GDPR to contact “Delta Capital Ltd ” to request their personal data be deleted, modified, or accessed.
VII. In the event ‘’the client’’ requests this data is deleted, it will be deleted, and ‘’the clients’’ contract will be nullified, and they will be removed from all Delta Capital Ltd programmes.
VIII. If requested their personal data be modified or accessed, then this will be executed.
